Sig Sauer Rangefinder

This was my second piece that i made for the portfolio course at TGA. I wanted to make a small prop where i could show of my hard surface and texturing skills so I chose to make the Sig Sauer Zulu 6 HDX Pro rangefinder. This project took 2 and 1/2 weeks to complete and i had a lot of fun making it. I used a boolean remesh workflow for the modelling in Blender and Zbrush and then textured in Substance Painter. For the glass i made a shader in Unreal Engine to get the optical lens look, I then secondary texture map on top of that to create the grunge on the glass and used local position offset for randomization. I wanted the prop to look like its been in the field for a while to personlize it.

Thank you to my classmates for the great feedback i got during this project!
